Many thanks to you and your colleagues for working so hard to get them to us quickly. It is much appreciated. I'll need to order a few accessory bits and pieces in the next couple of days.

Hi
I received my order today and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the quality of the mounts. I shopped around a lot as I needed 6 mounts which gets expensive, I took a bit of a gamble with picture lizard as you were the cheapest I found for made to measure and its difficult to know what the quality is like from a picture on the computer.
Your website was easy to use, my order was well packaged and the quality of the mounts is just what I wanted.
I don't usually write this type of email but I know its nice to get some nice feedback once in a while.
I will definately use you again and recommend you to friends.

Okay, so I had a small problem with the delivery, but this was promptly and professionally dealt with, and was almost certainly down to a problem with the postal service and not PictureLizard themselves.
The website is clear with functionality at just the right basic level to allow quick, easy and fuss-free transactions to take place.
