How long will it take to make my custom frame?

Normal production time is 10 - 14 working days

Can I get my custom frame any quicker?

Yes, you can opt for Fast Track Production 

Normal production time for Fast Track is 5 working days

If I select Express Delivery will I get my frame the next day?

No, production will still take 14 working days or 5 working days (Fast Track).

What is Backing Tape?

Backing Tape is a brown paper adhesive tape that should be placed on the back of frames to reinforce the back. 

Can I have a sample moulding?

Yes, email sales@picturelizard Let us know the moulding code and name

 i.e. M116-25 Matt Black with Brushed Gold Edge. Please include your delivery address.

You should receive your sample moulding in a couple of days.

Can I return my Custom Made Frame?

We cannot accept return of non-faulty frames as the product has been custom made specifically to your measurements

If your frame is faulty in any way, then you can return it to us within 14 days. We will either replace it or give you a refund

I have received my frame and it has been broken in transit. What should I do?

Items damaged in transit must be reported to our customer services within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be processed

Our courier company will investigate the breakage so please keep hold of the frame and the packaging
