Can I have a discount?

Yes, We offer 2 types of discount scheme:

• Bulk Buy Discounts

You'll see on the vast majority of our products and services we offer a bulk discount. The discounts are automatically given when you add quantity

• Loyalty Discounts

We want to reward our regular customers and keep you coming back to us. To this end we automatically give a loyalty discount depending on how regularly your place orders.

How are the loyalty discounts setup?

We have a few criteria that we match against to determine how much discount you'll receive:

Band A - You have placed 10 orders with us valued over £10 each

Band B - You have placed 25 orders with us valued over £10 each

Band C - You have placed 50 orders with us valued over £10 each

Band D - You have placed 100 or more orders with us valued over £10 each

How can I find out my current loyalty discount?

We normally send you an email when you go up a discount level.

To find out your current discount simply sign in to your account and on the 'My Account' page if you have a discount setup you'll see it there.

How can I see the amount of loyalty discount I receive?

After you sign in to your account you'll see the new discounted prices on the web site

Loyalty discounts are applied to most of our services. The new prices you'll be getting just click on our printing price list shown at the very bottom of the website 

Are the loyalty discounts automatically applied?

Yes, You don't need to email or phone us to request a discount. Use the same sign in email when placing orders you'll automatically be assigned the best discount

When are the discounts apply?

Discounts are applied from the time you achieve the correct level, discounts are not back dated.

Is there anything I can do to get a better discount?

No, Just keep ordering and we'll reward you automatically for your loyalty.

It is also a good idea to be signed up for our newsletters where we inform you of any special offers or promotions

Do you offer any more rewards?
