These are our
usual production and delivery times and are given in good faith but they cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Charges
As you add more products to your basket the shipping is calculated by weight
to give you the most cost effective shipping price for your order.
The easiest way to get a quote for delivery cost is to add the desired items to your
shopping basket, the summary of your shopping basket contents will give an
indication of cost and you will not be committed to buy.
Fragile items that need extra packaging to ensure they arrive with you safely
products may have a minimum shipping charge, ordering more of this product type
will most likely will not increase the delivery charge you pay.
Delivery
Methods
At check out you will be given the delivery
options based on your address.
Most items can be sent out on an express
service when ordered before 12pm.
A signature is required for Express
deliveries, unless we receive notification that a parcel can be left in a safe
place, or with an immediate neighbour. For that reason it is sometimes easier to
give a work address for delivery.
Next
Working Day delivery is unavailable for P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, Shetlands,
Orkney, some areas of Perthshire and the Channel Islands
Incorrect
Address
If
the address is incorrect or outdated, the parcel is usually returned to us by
the carrier or the unintended recipient.
Please double-check your address
carefully when placing a new order, as another charge will have to be levied if
a parcel is returned to us and has to be re-sent.
Most of our carriers will make
two attempts to deliver a package.
Deliveries
outside of Mainland UK
If you are outside of the Mainland UK
and would like to order any of our fantastic products please email our customer
services team who will be happy to work out a postage quote for you sales@picturelizard.co.uk
Goods ordered from Picturelizard.co.uk for delivery
outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied
once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be.

Custom Made
Frames and Personalised Products Returns
Please note our returns policy excludes Custom
Made or Personalised products.
We cannot accept return of non-faulty products,
as the product has been custom made or personalised specifically to your
measurements or instructions.
This does not include products such as standard size frames that are not
modified to your needs.
Faulty,
damaged or misdescribed goods
Please check contents upon receipt and report
problems as soon as possible.
Please email sales@picturelizard.co.uk
detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Along with the
email we ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
Your right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery.
Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by hand, post or the contact us section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
You do not have the right to cancel if the order is for a bespoke product (such as a personalised gift).
This policy does not affect your consumer legal rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Missing or delayed items
Please note that we need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund items lost in the post.
